We quickly identified the value proposition and business model, guiding the team by converting insights from real user testing into actionable items to inform the sprints.

Government Think Tank with little insight into how to transition independent research to an educational product and business model.
Using advanced Sensory AI and data analysis, human-centred design and user experience analysis, with neuroscience and behavioural science to overcome the business challenges and create the full product experience. This accelerated the research to POC and full product development.
We enabled significant business transformation for the client by creating an entirely new enterprise product and revenue stream.
Additionally, we created further and more significant product revenue opportunities by replicating the initial product ask (Education) and developing a commercial training product. A new spin up business product is in development.
International charity with high footfall suffering lower sales in 2020/2021
Taking the high street into people’s homes via Voice. Using advanced AI voice solutions, Alexa users engage in their homes and learn about the charity’s story as told by the user’s choice of famous actor patron. “Alexa, I’d like to hear from Olivia.”
We didn’t stop at brand building; we sought to overcome the Covid impact. Donating money is not an option via Alexa, but our solution enables users to donate ‘packs’. “Alexa, please donate a hygiene pack.”, which is subsequently supplied directly to the team on the ground and to those most in need.
We are helping the charity overcome devastating impact by thinking creatively and using the power of AI. The campaign is in process and has a long timeline. We are repurposing the concept for other brands and capitalising on access to Alexa. Only four companies have this Amazon access, worldwide.
